1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
54 bite size chocolate covered peanut butter cups

Beat butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar; add egg and vanilla beat well.
Stir flour, baking soda and slt together, add to mixing bowl. Beat at low speed until combined.
Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in greased 1 3/4 inch muffin pans. Bake in 350 oven for about 8 minutes or till lightly browned on top.
Meanwhile, unwrap the peanut butter cups. When cookies are done, remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each. Let cool on wire rack.
