2 tbsp minced onioin
6 tbsp butter, seperated
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup grated cheese
3/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
3 cups tomatos (diced ?)
5 tbsp minute tapioca
1 tbsp sugar
salt & pepper
1 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 4 tbsp butter and stir in bread crumbs until bread is slightly browned and toasted. Melt 2 tbsp butter and stir in onion, add tomatos, tapioca & seasoning. Cook 5 minutes. Butter round casserole. Sprinkle in a thin layer of crumbs. Cover with a layer of tomato, cheese, olives and repeat. Top w/ crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 350º.
