2 lbs carrots or 1 lb carrots and 1 head cauliflower
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dillweed or seed
1 large onion, sliced in rings
1 large green pepper, cut in thin strips

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peel and cut carrots and cauliflower into 1" pieces. Cook until tender, drain and cool. Combine soup, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, salt & pepper and dill in saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps for days.
