2 tablespoons Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons mustard, stoneground
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound beef, tenderloin, lean, raw

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. In small bowl, blend Olive Oil, mustard, garlic and pepper. On lightly oiled baking pan, arrange beef. Evenly spread with olive oil mixture. 3. Roast 40 minutes for rare or until desired doneness. 4. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
