7 lb. hamburger
2 c. cooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to tast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Shape into balls and brown in oil. Place in roaster addin one can cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350º until meatballs are done. These freeze well.
