2 Corn Tortillas
1/4 cup shredded motzarella cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
chopped onion
salsa
Directions:
Directions:
place 1 tortilla on microwavable plate, add cheese on top. Microwave until cheese is melted; top with lettuce tomato, onion , and 2nd tortilla. Cut into 4's with pizza cutter and serve with 2 tbsp. salsa.
This makes one serving, and taste great.
