1 stick butter
1-½ cup brown sugar
4 garlic cloves chopped (minced)
1 bottle GF ketsup (Heinz 14oz.)
2 tsp. celery seed
Juice of 2 lemons (~ 2/3 cup)
1/3 cup horseradish mustard (I leave this out since I’m not fond of horseradish)
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup GF worchestershire sauce or Tamari sauce

Directions:

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add sugar and garlic. Cook until sugar dissolves. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Simmer covered 30-40 minutes.

Optional: red chili powder

I let mine cool and return it to the ketsup bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

The kids and I discovered long ago that we disliked the taste of bottled BBQ sauce. Fortunately for me, this is one tasty way to have gluten free BBQ sauce.
