1 1/2 c dry roasted peanuts
1 c light corn syrup
1 c sugar
1 pinch salt
1 T butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Grease baking sheet with butter. In glass bowl microware safe, combine peanuts, with sugar , corn syrup and salt. Cook 6-7 min on high in microwave oven (700º), until slightly brown.(Put baking sheet in oven to heat it) Stir in vanilla, butter and cook 2-3 minutes longer.(Take baking sheet out of oven) Quickly stir the baking soda.into the peanut mixture. This will foam. Pour immediately on to the prepared cookie sheet. Spread. Let stand 15-20 minutes until set. Break into bit size pieces.
