2 lbs turkey ground (JENNIE-O 1.25 lb pkgs)
1 med onion chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1/4 c italian bread crumbs
2 eggs (or 1 eggbeater) lightly beaten
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp. YELLOW mustard
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato sauce, mustard and brown sugar
set aside
beat eggs - add onion, red pepper, bread crumbs, meat
mix
pour 1/2 cause mixture into meat and mix

Loaf pan - 350º 1 hour
remove "fat stuff" w/spoon
pour rest of sauce over top and bak @ 15 minutes longer
