Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 1/4 cups shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp. honey dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 cans of crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
1. Combine turkey, cheese, celery, cranberries, parsley, mayo, mustard, and black pepper, mix well.
2. Take the crescent rolls and separate them into the triangles. Arrange 1 can of the triangles so they look like a sun with the fatter side in the middle and the skinny part of the triangle pointing out. Then take the second can of rolls and separate into triangles. Place 1 triangle in between 2 triangles so that it looks like a very full sun. All skinny parts are on the outside and all fat parts are on the inside.
3. Scoop the filling evenly over the thicker part of the sun. Then take the skinny pointy part of the triangle and fold it over tucking the ends into the thicker part of the triangle. This should create a ring look. Brush the top of the ring with egg.
4. Bake on a round cookie sheet at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
