Cake:
3 eggs
1 1/2 c oil
2 c sugar
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soada
1 tsp vanilla
3 c chopped apples
1 c nuts
Icing:
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c milk1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, oil and sugar. Add flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Add apples and nuts. Bake in a tube or bundt pan for 1 hour at 350º.
Boil icing ingredients in a sauce pan for 2 1/2 minutes. Pou icing over cake while still in the pan.
Lib used self rising flour and left out the salt and baking soda.
