4 c diced cooked potatoes or 4 c cooked macaroni, minched onions to taste, 1/4 c vinegar, 1/4 c water, 1/4 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp mustard, 2 eggs beaten, 1 c mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar, water,sugar, salt and mustard to a boil. Add 2 beaten eggs (stir some of the boiling mixture into the eggs first). Turn heat to med and continue cooking and stirring for about 3 minutes. Cool some then add mayonnaise. Pour over potatoes or macaroni.
