3TB. olive oil
1 tbs. wine vinegar

1 head lettuce
6 thin slices cheese, cut up
6 " " ham
6 " " roast beef
1 green pepper Chopped
18 slices pepperoni
1 onion chopped
1 clove minced garlic
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 tb. grated cheese
2-3 tomatoes cut in wedges

Shake oil and vinegar together. Put all ingred. together, except Romano cheese and tomatoes, put these on top.

*Can use Olive oil vinaigrette dressing
