11/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt.

1-8 oz.package cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine oil,eggs sugar. Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Add grated carrots. Pour into 3 greased 9" round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Let cake cool, then frost between each layer with cream cheese frosting.
