1 lb walleye, perch or pike fillets, 1/4 c milk,
1 c crushed potato chips, 1/4 c parmesan cheese,
1/4 tsp thyme, 1 Tbsp bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into serving size pieces. Combine chips, cheese and thyme. Dip fish into milk, then coat with chip mixture. Sprinkle greased 8" square pan with bread crumbs. Place fish over crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 500º for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes.
