1- 2 lb chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1 T oil
3 cans great White Northern Beans
1 med onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3 gloves minced garlic
4 oz mild chopped green chilies
2 tsp ground cumin
14 1/2 oz can chicken broth
1 tsp oregano
3 C monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 carton sour cream (16 oz)

Cook chicken & shred. In skillet cook onion & spices in oil. Combine beans, broth, tomatoes, onions and chicken in crockpot or lg sauce pan. Cook on medium low heat for 1 hour. Add cheese and sour cream and continue cooking for a couple of hours.
