One prepared pie Crust

4 ripe bananas
1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup whipping cream
1/8 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Fill double boiler with water and bring to boil. Pour
sweetened condensed milk in top of double boiler,
reduce heat to simmer, cook for 1.5 hrs. stirring from
time to time.
Bake pie crust.
When the caramel is thick and darker, remove from
heat and cool slightly.
Slice bananas and spread caramel over. Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
