8 Tbsp butter,
1/2 c chopped onion, 1/2 c chopped green peppers, 2 Tbsp flour 1 1/2 c water, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 lb uncooked cleaned shrimp, 1/2 c chopped celery, 3 c hot cooked rice

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onion, delery, green pepper. Blend in flour and 1 1/2 c water. Cook stirring 5 minutes. Add shrimp, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Server over hot rice
