1/2 lb imitation crab,
1/4 c green onions, thinly sliced,
1/4 c finely chopped parsley,
1/2 c light cream,
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 1/4 c medium cheddar cheese, shredded,
1 tsp dill weed,
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix imitation crab, green onions, parsley, cream, mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings. Spread mixture on top of prebaked,or hash brown potatoes. Bake covered in oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Uncover last 5 minutes to brown if necessary.
