Ingredients:  
Grits cooked with salt, pepper, cayene epeer and cumin.
Cheddar cheese
chopped green onions
flour and corn meal mixed
oil and butter
marianara sauce or such

Directions:
Directions:
Add cheese to grits mix, then add chopped onions. Spread onto a jelly roll pan. Press in shrimp. Cill 1 hour. Cut out with a biscuit cutter. Dredge in flour and corn meal. Brown in oil and 1 Tbsp butter until golden brown. Serve with marianara or tomatoey sauce.
