Ingredients:

3 1/2 lbs. shrimp,
2 c chopped green onions,
1 c onions chopped,
1 1/2 c celery, chopped,
1 1/2 c green pepper, chopped.
1 tsp. minced garlic,
1 bay leaf,
2 tsp salt,
1 1/2 tsp white pepper.
1 tsp red pepper,
2 cans stewed tomatoes,
1 can tomatoe sauce
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions, celery, peppers, garlic. Add bay leaf, salt and peppers. Cook 5 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and tomatoe sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp. Cook 10 minutes. Add cheese in dish and on top. Serve over rice.
