3 Baking potatoes,peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes (about six cups)

3 C fresh broccoli florets, chopped

3/4# (3 Cups) of ham, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
2 green onions, sliced.
1 (16 oz) container of sour cream
2 (10 3/4 oz ) cans of cream of mushroom soup.
10 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F
Lightly grease a 9x13x2 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, saving out half the cheese and some green onion.(for garnish)
Mix well and spoon into pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 60 min at 400º F
Uncover after an hour and put the other half of cheese on top..........bake another 15 min and then garnish with remaining half of green onion.

*you can substitute asparagus for the broccoli
*I have substituted turkey ham before too.
