1/4 c butter,
3 Tbsp flour,
1/2 tsp ground mustard,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 1/2 c milk,
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
3 jars (15 0z) white onions, drained,
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas,
1/2 c sliced blanched almonds,
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese,
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, mustard and salt. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thickened, about 2 min. Gently stir in onion, peas, and almonds. Pour into ungreased 2 qt baking dish. sprinkle with Parmesan and Paprika. Cover and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
