1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c nuts

Second layer
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip

Third layer:
2 pkg coconut cream instant pudding
3 c milk
cool whip and coconut

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let COOL.Mix next 3 ingredients and spread on cooled crust and sprinkle with coconut. COOL Beat instant pudding with milk and spread over second layer and top with cool whip and sprinkle coconut on top. Cover and REFRIGERATE This receipt may also be made with chocolate pudding or butterscotch or lemon pudding.
