Beef - Meatloaf-- Recipe

Partially cook: 6 slices of bacon
Beat together:
3 large eggs
1/2 C. Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp thyme leaves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash of ground cloves
Add and mix:
1 cup of soft white bread crumbs
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb veal
1/2 C chopped green onions
2 T. parsley
2 T. celery leaves
1 clove garlic
1/3 C. chili sauce
1 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350
On a foil lined 12 x 8 baking pan
shape to 10 x 4 and then cover with bacon
cook for 45 minutes
