2.5 oz of shaved ham (I like to use Black Forrest Ham)
1/4 c onion (or amount to taste)
4oz shredded Swiss Cheese
1 egg
1 pkg Crescent Rolls
Heaping tbsp Dijon Mustard
Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Separate crescent rolls into 4 tectangle shapes and place on cutting board. Cut each rectangle into 6 pieces using a pizza cutter. Gently press each piece into each cup of a mini muffin pan. Using a food chopper, chop the ham and onion. In a small mixing bowl mix together the ham, onion, cheese, egg, mustard and the amount of pepper desired. Using a small spoon fill each crust until all mixture is distributed in each cup. Bake as directed on crescent roll package.
