4 c. Corn Chex crushed to 2 c.
4 tbsp butter
3 c. seasoned stiff hot mashed potatoes
1 c. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Combine corn chex crumbs and butter. Set aside. Combine potatoes, sour cream, cheese, seasonings and broccoli. Stir gently until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and top with the buttered crumbs.

Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
