Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (1lb) box graham crackers
1 (3-3/4) oz) box French Vanilla instant pudding
1 (3-3/4) oz box Pistachio instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 (8-9 oz) container Cool Whip

frosting:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar & milk in saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix until melted. Let cool and set up.

Line a greased 9" x 13" pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk and beat at medium speed for two minutes. Blend in cool whip. Pour half of the mixture over the crackers. Place a second layer of crackers over the pudding and the remaining half of the pudding. Cover with third layer of crackers. Spread the frosting over the top layer of crackers. Refrigerate several hours so graham crackers soften.

Variation: Can use store bought canned frosting, (melt slightly in microwave before spreading). I think this would be prettier if you used each pudding flavor for each layer rather than combining. Split the milk and Cool Whip to prepare them seperately. One recipe I have for this calls for only vanilla pudding, which I think got to be a bit too much, I like it better with the pistachio. Experiment with other flavors of pudding.
