For two pounds meat:
1 beer
1 bottle herbs and spices salad dressing
1 bay leaf
garlic
cumin
Worchestershire
TAbasco
thyme
oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Before putting meat into marinade, make a mixture of half lemon pepper marinade and half chili pepper. Rub into meat, then put marinade and leave there a minimum of 8 hours, preferrably 24 hours, in refrigerator. Cook in covered barbeque pit, off the fire (to the side) for 30 minutes, then put directly over fire until done. To cut hold knife at a 45º angle to meat, giving it a "double bias" cut, in bite sized pieces. This is actually the biggest secret to tender fajitas...the cut.
