1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T vinegar
2 T sugar
1 T water
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, water, sour cream and salt. Add cucumber and onion; toss to coat. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
