Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 (4oz.) bars German Sweet Chocolate, broken into 1 in. pieces
9 oz. milk chocolate, broken into 1 in. pieces
10 oz. marshmallow cream
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. coarsely chopped toasted walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
To toast walnuts spread in a single layer on cookie sheet. Place in 325º oven for 6-8 minutes, stirring once. Cool before adding to fudge.
Place all chocolates and marshmallow cream in a large bowl before boiling rest of ingredients.
In 6 qt. heavy pan, combine sugar, salt, butter and milk. Bring to simmer, stirring constantly over medium heat. As soon as first bubble is seen, boil mixture exactly 8 minutes. Remove from heat immediately. Quickly pour over ingredients in bowl and stir until all chocolate is melted. Add vanila and nuts. Pour into 2 (9x13) buttered pans. Cover with foil and refrigerate until firm. ( I have found that allowing it to cool at room temperature for 2 hours makes it just right for cutting.) Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Since this is very good fudge and makes a huge batch, it is fun to give away at Christmas.
