Ingredients:  
1 Head of Lettuce
1 Can Mandarine Orange Slices, drained well
Pine Nuts, (optional)
Dressing:
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Crisco Oil
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Sm. Red Onion, chopped fine
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
2 Tbsp. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Break up lettuce. Add oranges and pine nuts. Set aside. *Note: You can substitute sliced oranges for mandarin oranges. Mix with dressing when ready to serve.
Dressing: Blend all ingredients together in blender. Best if made up the night before and refrigerated. Don’t pour onto salad until ready to eat. Keeps well in fridge up to 2 weeks.
Use leftovers for fruit dip.
