1 (14-3/4oz.) Can Salmon, drained
1 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Mayonaisse
1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
1 Egg
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
Shape into 12 cone shaped croquettes.
Roll in remaining bread crumbs.
Bake on slightly greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
