Fish Prawns, salmon, cod, etc. sauted in garlic oil
Yellow and Green Zucchinis, cubed
Japanese Eggplant, cubed
Red and Yellow Peppers, diced
Mushrooms, sliced
Spinach, chopped
Carrott, sliced
Broccoli Florets
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Egg Noodles, cooked
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
Parmesan Cheese

Cook egg noodles and combined with everything except the alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese.
Top with Alfredo Sauce and Parmesan Cheese.
