1 32 oz. package frozen pozole
2 lbs cubed pork
3 onions, chopped
8 cloves garlic or 1 tsp (Dad's) garlic powder
2 10 oz cans enchilada sauce
Diced green chili to taste
2 Tbsp chicken paste
2 c chicken fajita meat (Schwan's) chopped chopped cilantro (optional)
chopped radishes

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen pozole in large stock pot. Cover with water and simmer until the pozole cracks. Do not salt (will not crack if salted). Brown pork, saute onions and garlic if using fresh. Add meat, onion, garlic and chicken paste to pozole. Simmer 30 to 45 min. Add chili, chicken, and enchilada sauce. Simmer another 10 min. Garnish with chopped radishes and cilantro
