1 Lb. Sausage, cooked and cubed
1 Link of Linqusa, cooked/grilled and cubed
1 Lb. Hamburger, seasoned with salt, pepper, taco
seasoning, small amount of chili powder & cumin
1/2 - 1 Red Onion, sauted
1-2 Jalapeno
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Potato, cubed
1 Carrot, shredded
1 Zucchini, cubed
2-3 Green Onions, chopped
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Red Beans
1 Lg. Can Pinto Beans
1 Cup Chilie Beans
1 Cup Northern White Beans
1 Cup Chicken Broth

Directions:

In a large pot add red onions, garlic, corn, potato, zucchini, carrot, and green onions. Stir in meats one at a time. Follow with the beans and chicken broth. Cook for 1 hour. Add corn meal if you want it a little thicker
