6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
1 pkg frozen spinach
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp minced chives
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash, cook spinach and cut up in small pcs. Mix all together place in 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cook at 400º 20-25 min
