1- Package of white cake mix
1-1/4 c. of water
1/3 c. of vegetable oil
3 Egg whites
1 c. coarsely crushed Oreo's about 8

Frosting:
4 to 4 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Additional cream filled Oreos crushed

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and egg whites. Beat on a low speed until moistened; beat on high for 2 mins. Gently fold in the crushed cookies. Pour into two greased and floured 8-in. round cake pans. Bake at 350º for 30 mins. or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 mins. remove from pans to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar, shortening, milk and vanilla until smooth. Frost between layers and over the top and sides of the cake. If you want decorate the top of the cake with cookies halves and the sides with crushed cookies.
