Four Lean center cut Pork Chops.
One clove of Garlic.
One strip of Celery.
1/2 Green Pepper.
1/2 Red Pepper.
One small Onion.
Sea Salt and Freshley grounded Pepper to taste.
Four tablespoons of Butter; divided by 4.

© Dice Onion, Peppers, Garlic and Celery.
Place Pork Chops in a greased baking dish.
Cover Pork Chops with Butter; then Onion, Peppers, Garlic and Celery.
Bake in hot oven 425º for 70 minutes.
