1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 c. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs or 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice or spice to suit taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add beaten egg and seasoning and mix with meat. Form into balls (makes about 18) and brown in sauce pan. Make gravy by adding water to browned meatballs and simmer a short while. Make thickening and add to broth, stirring constantly. Place in a 350º F oven and bake 1 hour. Add additional water to gravy if it is too thick.
