1 very large can tomatoes (28 oz)
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, mashed
3-4 fresh jalapenos, veined ,deseeded and quartered
4-5 sprigs fresh cilantro, or to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor container. Blend only enough to be sure peppers are finely chopped. Place in bowl or jar and refrigerate until ready to use. If entire mixture will not fit into container at once, divide ingredients approximately in half and blend in two batches, then mix befoe restoring. Will keep in refrigerator at least one week.

Use same recipe for Pico de Gallo only chop all ingredients larger and less time blending.
