2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 T. Crisco or margarine
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the milk, eggs, salt, sugar and baking soda. Add enough flour to make a thin batter similar to pancake batter.

Heat the Crisco or margarine in a deep skillet and pour in the batter stirring until brown and crisp. Should be in small pieces.

Serve with lettuce and a sour cream dressing.

Sour Cream Dressing:
1/2 c. sour cream
2-3 T. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together.
