1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¾ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Cheddar cheese crust:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¾ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Chicken pecan filling
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ small onion, chopped
½ red pepper, chopped
½ green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
½ cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 ¼ cups half and half
½ to ¾ cup spicy mustard
½ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Chicken pecan filling: Combine first seven ingredients in bowl and place in bottom of prepared crust. Combine eggs, half and half, and mustard. Pour over chicken mixture and shake several times to evenly distribute. Sprinkle top with chopped pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
