1 Fryer Size Chicken, cut up
4 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in saucepan and boil. Pour over 1 fryer size chicken cut into pieces or over boneless skinless chicken breasts. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 500 degrees, then uncover, reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake for another hour and 15 minutes for fryer pieces and 30-45 for breasts.
