2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
1 3/8 oz. pkg. onion soup mix
1 pt. sour cream
1 can artichokes drained and chopped
1 egg
Pinch of dried oregano
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the frozen spinach in a large saucepan over very low heat (add no water). Cover and watch carefully unti lspinach is thawed and cooked (about 10 to 15 minutes). Remove from heat, add the soup mix, sour cream, arthichokes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Beat in 1 egg. Place the mmixture in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 300º for 3- minutes. You can make this ahead and banke before serving.
