Marmalade

1 pkg. cramberries (12 oz bag)
3/4 firmly pack brown sugar
1/2 cup of dried currants
1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger

1 Wheel of Brie about 8" and crackers and fruit for serving.

Combiner all ingredients except the Brie in a heavy on aluminum saucepan. Cook for medium heat, stirring frquently, until most of the berries burst (about 5 to 7 min). Cool to room temperature and then store in a glass container in the refrigerator for about 2 days/can be stored 3 days. Cut a circle in the top of the brie, leaving about 1/2" border of rind at top of brie. Place cheese n foil-topped baking dish and place in refrigerator for about six hour always keeping the brie covered with a cloth or foil. Preheat oven to 300º. Bake cheese until soft which is about 10-12 minutes. Serve on platter with fruit and crackers.
