3 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
2 tbsp. Minced Yellow Onion
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Chopped Fresh Oregano
1/2 tsp. Chopped Fresh Thyme
1 tsp. Essence (Recipe Below)
1/2 c. White Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. Olive Oil
6 tbsp. Heavy Cream
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Essence Creole Seasoning:

2 1/2 tbsp. Paprika
2 tbsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp. Dried Leaf Oregano
1 tbsp. Dried Thyme

Directions: Place the parsley, onion, basil, garlic, oregano, thyme, essence and the vinegar in a blender or food processor.

With the motor running, add the olive oil, heavy cream, mayonnaise and cheese and blend until smooth.

Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
