2 tps. bread crumbs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. water
1 egg
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground meat (1/2 lb. beef, 1/2 lb. veal, 1/2 lb pork)
Dash - white pepper, nutmeg, black pepper
1 tps. salt
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1/4 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and 1 c. heavy cream together. Add egg, onion, and seasoning. Add ground meat, Knead and mix until well blended. Roll into small balls. Saute in butter until well browned, shaking pan frequently to keep meatballs from flattening. Add bouillon and 1/4 c. heavy heavy cream ot pan juices. Mix well scraping bits. Pour over meatballs.
