1 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp.unflavored gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Soften 1 tsp. of plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Dissolve the gelatin over boiling water, then let it cool slightly.
Beat heavy cream until frothy. Slowly-very slowly- add cooled gelatn to the cream and continue beating with each addition. When fluffy beat in sifted powdered sugar until cream stands in peaks.
