1/2 c. olive oil
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. chopped shallots
1 tsp. finely minced ginger
1 clove finely minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped dill
pinch sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in covered jar. Shake well and pour over 1 lb. cooked shrimpt. Coat well, cover bowl, and refridgerate 1-2 days tossing every 12 hours.
2. String snow peas and blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain and immerse in ice water. Drain again and split pods lengthwise.
3. Wrap pea pod around shrimp and fasten with a natural colored toothpick. Vary - can wrap with prosciutto.
